Our first business venture within the Home Improvement Services division, Floor Coverings International(FCI), is locally owned and operated franchise serving Central Iowa communities. In this venture we partner with a company that has shared values, high marks in customer satisfaction, and brings with it decades of flooring industry experience. 

When you are ready to consider a home flooring transformation, we will bring our mobile flooring showroom to you for a free design consultation so you can see the products in your home where they are designed to be seen. This consultation will come without the high pressure sales pitch and without the hassle of multiple return visits to multiple stores. 

Once you are ready to make a decision, we will remain with you every step of the way through installation as well as a post install follow-up to ensure end to end accountability.

New services have now launched under the Home Improvment Services pillar including:

Select Remodels - mid scale full room remodels such as offices, bathrooms, and entertainment areas.   Project typically are non structural in nature, range from $15-$50k in cost an take 1-4 weeks to complete.   Note that we have committed to only doing 12-15 of these projects per year to ensure our level of service remains at its highest.

Special Projects - One of a kind paid projects to bring joy to the life of others such as creating a personalized space, a gym, a ballet studio in the home.   These projct also include pro-bono projects that are heavily discounted or free as we identify those is need that can benefit from a service we can deliver with quality. An example of this includes outfitting a room for an endangered woman/child, creating a safe nursery space for a new child, or making spaces more accessible to those in need.

Interior Design Services  Revenue generating service that provides a more advanced design eye in your home of office space.   This service starts at $1000 for design consultation up to 10 hours for 2 rooms.  Our designer will spend time getting to know your needs and desires and pull together the magic for you based on a budget that you set.  From there you can either implement the design yourself or have our partners complete the heavy lifting for you for an additional implementation fee. 

Opportunities within the community for 1x1 or small group learning and collaboration.  Come express yourself with offerings in art, music, and theology programming through local partners . A great opportunity to try out different things without a long term commitment and a chance to set the foundation for your dreams. 

This will also include entrepreneurial support for members of the community looking to launch or  boost their career with a little help from a friend.

Opportunities for 1x1 athletic development including a focus on character and leadership development for athletes and coaches alike. Small group sessions in partnership with local indidivuals and organizations for opportunity to collaborate as part of a team with course goals to accomplish together.  This area will also provide entrepreneurial support for athletes to chase their dreams beyond the playing field.  Services also planned to come meet youth where they are so they can focus on being kids, inclusion, and having fun as well!
